Booking Policy - By booking with me you are accepting these terms!

You'll receive an email three days before your appointment to confirm your date and time. If needed, reschedule at this time.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your slot by using the link in your booking email. Cancellations within 24 hours are required to pay a flat fee. This can be done using the link in your final reminder email.
All appointments will be visible on the booking system, even as a new client, but evenings and weekends are for existing regulars (of these times!) only.
Please note your appointment time carefully as emails may get lost, and no-shows are inconvenient for both of us.
Even though I am booked back to back each day, message me with an ETA if you’re running late and I may be able to accomodate 🫶🏼
Being 15 minutes late or more without prior notice is considered a no-show, incurring a £25 fee.
Please park behind my red polo. Get as close as you can! If this space is taken, it’s probably a client, and you can move into the space when they go!
